Chris began his career working with his family's construction company, where he gained extensive experience in tenant improvements, commercial build-outs, and remodeling projects for business parks and office buildings.
Today, Chris focuses on providing our clients with strategic planning and a team-oriented approach to managing each project. He works with highly qualified and established subcontractors to coordinate the various trades needed to complete commercial remodeling projects efficiently and professionally.
Decades of Construction Experience
Vice President Jim Davis brings more than 50 years of experience in the construction industry. Beginning his career as a trim carpenter, Jim advanced to master carpenter and later became a residential and commercial construction builder.
His extensive hands-on experience gives him a strong understanding of quality, craftsmanship, and the details that make a difference in a finished project.
Jim is also a commercial business landlord, giving him a unique perspective on the needs of both property owners and tenants. He understands the importance of communication, scheduling, budget considerations, and completing improvements while minimizing disruption to the business.
